Building on the success of the Pork 2040: China Market Assessment, the National Pork Board, using Pork Checkoff dollars and funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Foreign Agricultural Service (USDA FAS) Emerging Markets Program (EMP), commissioned research to assess market insights and opportunities in Vietnam and the Philippines – two Asian markets with increased demand for pork consumption anticipated in the next decade.

We’re joined by Norman Bessac from the National Pork Board and Rupert Claxton from Gira on today’s show.
