Day One of Kansas Wheat Tour Yields Decent, But Lower, Average Yield

This week’s Wheat Quality Council tour of Kansas wrapped up day number one yesterday with decent, but lower yield estimates. The tour found an average yield of 39.5 bpa, down from last year’s 59.2 average. The tour traveled from Manhattan to Colby on day number one and is set to travel from Colby to Wichita on Wednesday.
